6. Intellectual Property
After full payment, ownership of the completed website content created specifically for the client is transferred to the client, excluding third-party assets, plugins, fonts or licensed resources.

Some projects may use third-party services including hosting providers, payment gateways, APIs or plugins. Nexrahaus is not responsible for outages or policy changes made by third-party providers.
8. Limitation Of Liability

Either party may cancel a project before completion. Any completed work up to the cancellation date may be chargeable and advance payments may be non-refundable depending on project progress.
